1. What is DealDesk?
DealDesk is an AI-assisted real estate transaction coordination tool designed to help licensed real estate agents manage the administrative aspects of real estate transactions. DealDesk automates document parsing, deadline tracking, and communication drafting to reduce administrative burden on agents.

- DealDesk is a technology tool, not a licensed real estate attorney or broker
- All AI-generated document analysis, field extractions, and suggested communications are for informational purposes only
- You are solely responsible for verifying all information and ensuring compliance with applicable laws
- DealDesk does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output
3. Agent Responsibility
You, the licensed real estate agent, are always the legal actor in any transaction. By using DealDesk you acknowledge that:
- You retain full professional and legal responsibility for all transactions managed using DealDesk
- You must review all AI-generated content before sending or acting on it
- DealDesk's automation features are tools to assist you, not replace your professional judgment
- You are responsible for ensuring all actions comply with your state's real estate laws and your brokerage's policies
4. Data Usage
Documents and data you upload to DealDesk are:
- Processed by AI systems (including OpenAI) to extract relevant information
- Stored securely in encrypted databases
- Used solely to provide the DealDesk service to you
- Not sold to or shared with third parties for marketing purposes

5. Subscription Terms
DealDesk is offered as a subscription service. Specific pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of subscription enrollment. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable advance notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use DealDesk to:
- Upload fraudulent or forged documents
- Violate any federal, state, or local laws
- Infringe on the rights of any third party
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealDesk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated document analysis, missed deadlines, or transaction failures.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
